Mani has trained and worked with some of the best athletes and coaches worldwide for the last 25 years. Mani has competed as an amateur bodybuilder in IFFB & NABBA winning Gold in the 2010 state championships. He has since continued training himself and up and coming Australian bodybuilding champions.   • I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years and am qualified in nutrition, surf coaching, strength and conditioning, and boxing.

    I have competed in natural bodybuilding and have won multiple titles. I have also competed in the IFBB Pro League where I have a NSW title and an Australian Runner Up title.

    I competed in the NZ surfing circuit with multiple placings and wins under my belt as a sponsored, professional surfer.

    I specialise in weight loss, functional training, and work with a wide range of clients from the general public, to elite athletes. I also work with all ages, with my current client group ranging from 16 to 65.

    I currently offer outdoor, group, online, and one on one training solutions.

  • James is a qualified personal trainer, having completed my certificate III and IV in 2021. Since then, I've helped many people achieve and surpass their goals. Over the past three years, I have also worked at local supplement store "Booty n Buff", meeting a range of people in the fitness industry and understanding the world of nutritional supplements.

    I am currently completing study to gain credentials in competition preparation coaching, after competing personally for a number of years and placing consistently. I am always looking to improve my skills, learn, and acquire knowledge that will be of benefit to my clients and myself.

    I currently play touch football and represent teams at the national level. I also coach the Penrith 18's boys touch football team.
